1. A booking deposit of £100 per cottage per week is required with this form which will be deducted from the final balance payable eight weeks before your arrival. We currently only accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.

2. A security deposit of £50 is payable per cottage with the final balance and will be totally refunded (during the week after your stay has ended) if no malicious damage, excess breakages or spillages occur and the cottage is left in a reasonable condition. If any malicious damage or excess damages do occur during your stay we reserve the right to charge you separately for the rectification of such damages or breakages. We do, however, recognise that over time it is inevitable that certain items may break/cease to work effectively and we ask you to inform us during your stay. Your cottage will be thoroughly cleaned before your occupation and we would expect you to leave it clean and tidy on your departure.

3. The cottages are generally available Saturday to Saturday from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

4. Sleeping accommodation is only for the number of persons as indicated on the booking form. A surcharge will be levied if the number of occupants exceeds the quoted occupancy (and this is agreeable with the owners).

5. All the cottages are strictly non-smoking and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, inside or outside by guests or their visitors.

6. Included in the price of the cottages are linen and towels, electricity and heating.

7. The owners (Mr and Mrs PC Hotchkiss) cannot accept any responsibility for injury to any visitor (including children), nor loss or damage to vehicles or effects brought onto the property by guests or their visitors. We strongly recommend that guests take out their own holiday insurance.
