Booking conditions
The cottages are generally available Saturday to Saturday from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
A security deposit of £50 is payable per cottage with the final balance and will be totally refunded (during the week after your stay has ended) if no malicious damage, excess breakages or spillages occur and the cottage is left in a reasonable condition. If any malicious damage or excess damages do occur during your stay we reserve the right to charge you separately for the rectification of such damages or breakages. We do, however, recognise that over time it is inevitable that certain items may break/cease to work effectively and we ask you to inform us during your stay. Your cottage will be thoroughly cleaned before your occupation and we would expect you to treat it accordingly and to leave it clean and tidy on your departure.
Sleeping accommodation is only for the number of persons as indicated on the booking form.
Included in the price of the cottages is linen and towels, electricity and heating but not the cost of telephone calls.
We can provide a “pay as you go” mobile telephone with each cottage which works upon Manx Telecom's network. To enable you to use the telephone during your stay we sell credits (as provided by Manx Telecom) in £10 units. If you wish to have the use of a telephone during your stay we ask, because of the risk of loss and/or damage to the telephone, for a deposit of £100 payable in advance, either with your final balance due four weeks before you arrive or in cash during your stay.
